About Us

After 43 years, Joe retired as an owner of Tonini Church Supply and became a full-time Realtor® and principal broker of Tonini Realty. His love for real estate stems from purchasing, selling, and managing rental properties in Louisville and vacation properties in South Carolina for a number of years.

Kathy is a retired speech/language pathologist from Jefferson County Public Schools. After working for 35 years with children, Kathy has switched focus to another passion… real estate. She enjoys finding the treasures in tired properties and bringing them back to life (especially Joe and Kathy’s 120 year old treasure in Crescent Hill).

Team Tonini is proud to call the Crescent Hill neighborhood home. They are both on the board of the Frankfort Avenue Business Association and Joe is President of their condo board in South Carolina.
